Open International Journal of Informatics (OIJI) is an international peer-reviewed journal (Open Access) dedicated to the latest advancement of Informatics sponsored by Razak Faculty of Technology and Informatics, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The goal of this journal is to provide a platform for scientists, researchers and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in broad areas of Informatics. Special Edition Razak Annual Technology, Informatics and Policy Seminar 2021 (RATIPS 2021) is one of the activity in conjunction with Razak Research Week 2021. This seminar is an event, organized to provide a platform for academicians, researchers, managers, industrial participants and students to share their research findings with experts. All full paper submissions is peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research depth, accuracy and relevance to the conference call for papers. This special issues comprises articles published within the area of informatics, management, engineering and technology area.
